How should I wash the clothes or textiles that I have bought in Puzle Art?
The ink used for textile printing must be washed with fast programs and low or medium temperature to prevent the ink from disappearing. If you have a dificult stain you can put your normal detergent in the damaged zone and put a medium temperature program.

 

How can I personalize the products of my order?

At the end of the order appear a box "order special instructions" in that box you can put for example:

I want my name in the back

In any case when you write something in the box we are going to contact you to ensure the information and give you a previous view of the final result

Please note that we are available to assist with any questions or concerns about your shipment or the product. Our production and customer service operate from Monday to Friday, and while we do not manufacture products on weekends, we are available to address any inquiries.

Can I change my order's shipping address or method after it has been shipped?

 Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping method or delivery address. Therefore, it is essential to double-check your information for accuracy before confirming your purchase.

How can I track my order?

Can I purchase a design that's available in another location? 

Our designs are geographically exclusive, meaning they are available only in designated regions or cities.
